Yes, this blog has been long over due, but I finally got around to clarifying what should go into what folder! C:
So if you're stuck, please refer to this blog! C:

Featured:

Please, please don't submit all three of your allowances here! Yes, i've seen it done before, and yes, I do decline all three.
Ideally, you should be submitting what you feel to be your best piece to this folder.
Just one piece to this folder per week, please.

Digital:

Completed pieces of digital work should go into here, and that's work that is fully coloured. So no empty spaces of white unless you can't help it. Though, we do have an exception for digital pieces with transparent backgrounds.

Traditional:

Now, this is where confusion always arises between this folder and the 'Lineart, Sketch and Monotone' folder.
So i'll clarify. We only want full colour pieces in here, no monotone pieces, even it's complete.
I'll repeat, only full colour.
If not, we'll decline your piece.

Lineart, Sketch, Monotone:

This is rather self explanatory.
There should be a collation of Digital and Traditional pieces in this folder, as this is where the monotone pieces which don't fit into the Digital or Traditional go.
Sketches will be accepted, as long as it's neat, and not too messy.

Cosplay, Artisan Crafts, Photos:

As long as the pieces are relevant, they'll be accepted.

Mature:

You'll know yourself if you don't feel your work is acceptable for the younger users for our groups.
Nudity belongs in this folder, along with anything overly provocative and sexsualised.

Tutorials and Guides:

Self explanatory. C: As long as it's art relevant.

Fanfics:

Also self explanatory. As long as it's anime/ manga relevant, it will be accepted.
